PROJECT DETAILS

Aim
To assess the quality of viral load results reporting and interpretation by clinician at Shinyanga Regional Hospital and Kahama Town Council in Shinyanga region

Specific objectives
The project will be guided by two specific objectives which when implemented will produce immediate results within the twelve monthsí time frame for the project.

• To improve documentation of viral load results in the register using PDSA-Cycle approach in continuous quality improvements.

• To create awareness of the clinician on the proper utilization of viral load test result to improve patient management.
